TMC-49 是一款氫氟烯烴 (HFO) 絕緣流體,專為浸沒式冷卻 (Immersion Cooling) 設計,適用於高效能電子與數據中心應用。
它不溶於水 (Insoluble in Water),對人體無害 (Not Hazardous to Human Health),並且兼具環保特性,具有零臭氧消耗潛勢(ODP=0)與極低的全球暖化潛勢(GWP=20)。。

TMC-49 雙相冷卻液已成功應用於超級電腦與大型資料中心(IDC)等領域。
TMC-49 是一款高效能的雙相密閉循環液冷解決方案,適用於功率需求極高(2500W以上)的處理器。
採用直接晶片冷卻(Direct-to-Chip)技術,使用無水熱傳液體,可消除洩漏與腐蝕風險,並有效抽取與散逸熱能。
可應用於新建或既有資料中心改裝(retrofit),支援每櫃120kW以上的運算功率,單一機櫃可處理高達160kW的熱功率。
同時,用電量從12kW降至9kW,大幅降低能耗。

TMC-49 具有良好的穩定性,但仍應遵循適當的存儲與安全處理要求,以確保安全存儲與運輸。
– 保存期限:自生產日期起 60 個月 (5 年),前提是存放於原包裝材料內,並在正常存儲條件下儲存。
– 重新認證:TMC 每 5 年可重新認證一次,最長可達 20 年。
確保存儲環境符合建議條件,以維持 TMC-49 的最佳性能與穩定性。
– 本產品不屬於危險品 (Not Hazardous for Transportation),符合運輸法規
– 不受危險品法規管制 (Not Regulated as Dangerous Goods),可安全存儲與運輸
